1. Who controls your data

FRS PRODUCOES LTDA, CNPJ 39.275.761/0001-91, is the controller of any data processed on this site. For privacy matters, write to support@echosounds.com.br.

2. This site collects very little

Browsing this site requires no account and we ask you for no personal data here. There is no form, no login, no newsletter. If you never click "Buy", we receive nothing about you.

3. Language cookie

If you use the PT/EN switch, we store a cookie called lang in your browser for one year. It holds only the language you picked, so we don't show you the wrong one next time. It does not identify you and is not shared. You can delete it in your browser settings at any time.

4. Country detection

When you open the site, our hosting checks the approximate country of your IP address to decide which language and currency to show. This happens at the moment of the request; the result is not stored and is not linked to you.

5. Purchase data

If you click "Buy", you are taken to Hotmart's checkout. From that point on, Hotmart collects and processes your payment data — we never see your card. As the seller, we receive from Hotmart only what we need to deliver the product and provide support: name, email and transaction details. Hotmart's own privacy policy governs its processing.

6. Why we process it

We process purchase data to perform the contract (deliver what you bought) and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

7. Third-party resources

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Doing so connects your browser to Google's servers, which may log your IP address. Nothing else is sent.

8. Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and information about who we share it with. Write to support@echosounds.com.br and we'll respond as soon as we can. These rights are granted under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018); if you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR grants you equivalent rights. For data held by Hotmart, the request may need to go to Hotmart directly.

9. Retention

We keep purchase data for as long as needed for support and to meet tax and legal deadlines. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

This policy may change. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top reflects the last change.
