1. Who we are
This site is operated by FRS PRODUCOES LTDA, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 39.275.761/0001-91, selling digital products under the Echo Sounds name. Contact: support@echosounds.com.br.
2. What you're buying
Echo Worship Keys is a digital product: a template for Apple MainStage. Nothing physical ships. The template uses MainStage's own instruments; you are responsible for owning the software and a compatible computer to run it.
3. Payment and delivery
Your purchase is processed by Hotmart, acting as an intermediary on behalf of FRS PRODUCOES LTDA. By buying, you also accept Hotmart's terms. Delivery is automatic, by email, as soon as your payment is approved. Check your spam folder before contacting support.
4. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no reason required. Requests are made directly through Hotmart, and the refund follows Hotmart's processing times.
5. License
You receive a personal, lifetime, non-transferable license. You may use the template and the sounds it produces in your own productions, live performances and commercial work, royalty-free. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish or otherwise make the template files available, in whole or in part, nor include them in any other product offered for sale.
6. Intellectual property
The template, its layout, patch names, copy and the Echo Sounds visual identity remain the property of FRS PRODUCOES LTDA. Your purchase grants use, not ownership. MainStage's instruments and libraries belong to Apple and are governed by Apple's terms.
7. Support
Support is provided by email at support@echosounds.com.br and covers installation and use of the template. It does not cover configuring your own gear, private lessons, or support for MainStage itself.
8. Limitation of liability
The product is provided as is. We do not promise any specific artistic, commercial or performance outcome, since that depends on your gear, your repertoire and your practice. We are not liable for losses arising from misuse or from incompatibility with unsupported versions of MainStage.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top reflects the last change. Updates do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil have jurisdiction — except where consumer law grants you the right to bring a claim in your own place of residence.
